1.1 “Q Plant” refers to our business, which hires out plant machines in the United Kingdom.
1.2 “Customer” refers to any individual or organisation using or hiring our plant machines.
1.3 “Plant machines” refer to the equipment and machinery rented out by Q Plant.
2.1 Availability of plant machines is subject to change and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your requirements but can not guarantee availability.
2.2 Rental periods will be specified at the time of booking. Customers must return the rented plant machines in good condition and on or before the agreed return date. Additional charges may apply for late returns.
3.1 Rates for hiring plant machines are specified on our website or as agreed upon individually. Rates may be subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Payment for the rental must be made in advance or upon collection of the plant machines, as agreed upon during the booking process.
3.3 Payments can be made online via our secure payment gateway or accepted payment methods specified on our website. Any additional fees, such as delivery charges or security deposits, will be communicated to the customer in advance.
4.1 Plant machines rented from Q Plant should be returned in the same condition as when rented. Any damage or loss during the rental period will be the responsibility of the customer, who may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
4.2 The customer should inspect the rented plant machines upon receipt and report any damages or issues to Q Plant immediately.
Failure to report damages or issues may result in the customer being held responsible for any damage discovered after returning the equipment.
5.1 Q Plant holds liability insurance for its plant machines; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any damage, loss, or injury at their site while using the rented plant machines.
5.2 Q Plant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or the unavailability of the plant machines, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or damage to property. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the rental of the plant machines.
6.1 If the customer wishes to cancel their rental booking, they must provide notice to Q Plant in writing or via email. Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the notice period provided and the circumstances.
6.2 Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Q Plant and may be subject to any cancellation charges or deductibles specified in the terms of the agreement.
7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
